TERMS OF SERVICEGeneralPrices and commission options are subject to change without prior notice.I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.---IMAGE RIGHTS & USAGEAs the artist (FRANKKUN), I reserve the right to:Cancel and issue a full refund for a commission at any time.Share a watermarked version of the commissioned piece on my online platforms.Use the artwork in my personal portfolio or promotional materials.I WILL NOT:Claim ownership of the intellectual property (IP) featured in the commission (if it does not belong to me).Resell the commissioned artwork for profit (unless the client breaches the terms outlined here).As the client, YOU MAY:Post the commissioned artwork on social media or online galleries, with proper credit given to me as the artist (FRANKKUN / @FRANKKUN24).Retain full rights to any IP you own that is depicted in the commissioned work.YOU MAY NOT:Claim the artwork as your own creation.Reproduce, redistribute, or profit from the artwork (e.g., prints, merch, resale) without permission.Modify or alter the artwork without my explicit consent.Use the artwork for commercial purposes unless we've agreed to it beforehand.---PAYMENTFull payment is required upfront, in USD (United States Dollars), using the method agreed upon during discussion.Payment will only be requested once all commission details are finalized.Clients have up to one week to complete the payment.Work will not begin until full payment has been received.---REFUND POLICYIf I am unable to complete the commission for any reason, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method.Refunds will be processed within one week.No refunds will be issued for completed or delivered work.---DELIVERYCompletion time may vary depending on commission complexity, queue length, or personal circumstances.Drawing time generally ranges from 1 week to 1 month.
